First year bye for Coach;

There will be a lot of pressure and expectations on Dodge to continue to win. However....It will take a little while for Dodge to find the right players for his system and learn how to defense other college teams. I'll give him a bye his first season, whatever happens.

We should also continue to "strike while the iron is hot"! Push season football tickets and start up that New Stadium Campaign in the spring ASAP!!

This is a very exciting time for UNT. BTW, Season Tickets are already available for purchase...

He should get more than a year's grace period. College is very different from High school athletics. At a minimum he should get4 years to allow for his recruits to start maturing... This recruiting class probably shouldn't be counted...so we should actually give 5 years...

We should definetly get going on the push for the stadium construction. If you build it, "they" will come...
