If any of yall think Wren would be fired if we don't win in the AAC next year or even 3 years in then i have some ocean front property in Arizona to sell you... Wren has got us into the AAC, hired an unbelievable basketball coach, hired a great softball coach, got an indoor practice facility built, a golf facility built, not to mention overseen a great athletic program (outside of football) and even that, based on history has been one of our best football funs in our history. Wren aint getting fired anytime soon.. PERIOD!

Not sure this is true. Technically this game doesn't mean much for ole UNT. All we have to do is beat Rice and we are in the Championship game win or lose Saturday. Now a win is a big statement and could allow for the Rice game to be meaningless and thus allow us to treat that game as an exhibition for some banged up players, but I don't think Saturdays game will have much say in the Litrell argument if he loses.

I’d argue a night time game helps as well. We just seem to have better attendance when we play late as opposed to afternoon

I think the players that come in have to want to be coached hard and the want to to play defense. Unfortunately I believe that weeds quite a few of the AAU wonders out of the mix

watching this game, makes me fell very grateful for out RTVF school and the talent it produces. That halftime interview was awful (not 1 question about the game that just happened), and the play by play guy couldn't be anymore of a true homer. Always complaining about a call or no call.

Nope, any scenario that is us winning an NCAA game two years in a row is better than the NIT. Once you start winning multiple years in the NCAA Tourny, new doors really start opening

The university doesnt want to diminish seating capacity. The Coliseum is used for much more than basketball. Graduations are the driving factor in keeping the seating capacity where it is, i do believe.

As long as UNT is the favorite to win CUSA you will not....We are the only team left with an outside shot at an at large bid, so until we stop being projected as the CUSA auto qualifier there will not be 2 teams in the CUSA

I think we have to remember. It’s only the reserved seats that are sold out. The rest is just General Admission. So until the game is 100% sold out, no other section will ever show sold out.

Come tourney time, if we are in a dogfight and under 2 minutes, i would have Hamir Wright in the game over Abu or Scott due to his FT shooting. Just my .02 cents
