If You Could Change One Rule for NCAA Football...
GreenN'walinsVet replied to UNTLifer's topic in Mean Green Football
Change Replay Reviews: Have a 3 man independent review that gets the play with no context...No time of game, No score, No knowledge of the call on the field, nothing. They get the play, they have 30 seconds to to make a decision on the play, they give their decision...Majority wins, call is relayed back to stadium and decision moves forward. -
So in this scenario, every person that has a job should never look or accept a better job at a company higher up the ladder then the one they held previously? I'd also like to point out that we should fire McCasland immediately, since we left Arkansas State after just 1 year, to take a higher paying job and be closer to family.

Sounds like at least 1 player showed up positive, the others probably just didn’t mature the virus for a few days, hence why they finally tested positive a few days later -
Let’s hope we learned from the West Virginia game…

can we run the basketball team like a football team? Johnny Jones for OC and Grant McCasland for DC...maybe Vic Trilli as HC just to recruit...but has no actual coaching duties.

LaTech - CUSA Semis (3/12/2021)
GreenN'walinsVet replied to greenminer's topic in Mean Green Basketball
I think that relates to them seeing a team all year long that was potent on offense. We on the other hand are used to seeing our team be very stringent on D and get just enough offense to win the games we do. -
2 years in a row now that the star very well could have been a packed house through the championship game, but ….

Didn't we also host a Sunbelt tournament as well?

GreenN'walinsVet replied to greenminer's topic in Mean Green Basketball
we just went on the road against a very good team (Top CUSA NET team) and split with a shot to sweep..not sure you can say we are playing terrible right now. -
I believe he is good to go.

It could be…all depends on his dedication to off season work. His skills are deadly and if he develops his body he certainly reminds me of a young Charles Barkley type.

Has there been any interest in Jason Bean ?

now way his body frame would withstand the triple option...that would be a disaster -

Guessing here, but when we see the salaries of all these guys, im thinking the pass water hire will make much more sense. -
DRC: Larry Wise is in the transfer portal
GreenN'walinsVet replied to Brett Vito's topic in Mean Green Basketball
You could see the potential in Wooldridge. His ball handling and speed were well above average. I also think his passing was too good at times, what i mean by that is, it almost seemed at times the talent we put around him wasn't good enough for his elite skills. I think we saw that at Gonzaga, when playing with elite talent and not having to be a scoring threat, he excelled. -

I dont believe any are good enough for the NBA...G-League? maybe Hamlett and thats a big maybe...overseas, sure....so it will come down to, are these guys ready to go overseas and start making a pay check or decide to come back for another run here. I could see Simmons, Bell, Reese coming back...outside chance hamlet returns.
