Surprised we don't have an NFL thread yet. I know we have a bunch of Cowboys fans here, however the Texans are my team. What a tough start. As for the Cowboys, I will chime and mention at least they already have 2 division wins under their belt. If they struggle to create separation for the division lead with all of their injuries, at least they already have an upper hand over the Giants and Eagles.

I would love to see in a few years the Rangers build a state-of-the-art 60,000-seat retractable roof "Ranger Stadium" in downtown Dallas. I think it'd really add to the atmosphere of the team and would attract more people to the games. Anywho, what a heartbreak on Saturday, but what a performance on Sunday and at least more people were there to crack open the champagne.

Good news. Hope he means all of it. Don't want to get our hopes up only to get burned.

In Summer 2014 I was vacationing in San Antonio, wearing a UNT shirt as my family and I walked along the Riverwalk. One of the tour guides floating by on a boat saw me and said "Go Mean Green!" as we exchanged claws.

Still hurt from all of us fans taking Ford Stadium and the team having a showing like that. I'm still not in spirit to waste money to travel for a Mean Green road game. TWU could start a team right now and I still wouldn't "travel" to watch that game.

I still have us at 3-9 following the Rice game with Southern Miss being our most winnable game on the road. I hope the team does not crack just because they aren't in Denton and can't see any wind turbines.

I think it would be easier to make a list of teams we could beat.

It sucks to suck in college football. At least in the NFL you're guaranteed a high draft pick if you suck.
