I don't know what he is referring to. I would mostly agree with the status quo for most of past coaching back to Dickey. Seth was horrible at it, and he came across to me as extremely uncomfortable with addressing crowds or the media. From what I have seen and heard of Eric, he is full of spirit and energy with the crowds.

UNT challenges start with a mostly uninterested student and alumni base. In addition to what you said and the Nil, which depressed many, it was also the starting weekend for the State Fair. I do think you are correct. Our general fanbase, not those on this board, for the most part, is not committed to being here for games. Whether watching it on TV is more convenient, 3 out of 4 consecutive Saturdays in Denton, or just having other things to do. But - Man oh man, that offense is getting fun to watch. Things may change.

Yes, I thought it was pretty crappy.

This is the best team we have had this year! What I like best is that there seems to be a lot of potential. The 77 new players are doing well playing together (but I think it is part of the penalty issues), and that should get better each week. The two weeks off should also help them heal up some and get more reps together.
