  1. This will hopefully mean other schools will follow suit in Texas. I would like for UNT to announce definitively as well.
  2. That seems more than fair. Finny thing is a lot could be done just in the athletic departments.
  3. Has anyone noticed that Ryan is all over CUSA sight and official sponsor of the conference?
  4. https://n.rivals.com/content/prospects/2021/ja-vier-francis-236939 https://www.hudl.com/video/3/12014455/5eb89d0cda510913d00fe8c7 Offers from SMU, Tulsa and SFA.
  5. Idaho I believe. Also he announced he was attending Texas A&M Commerce but I don't know if he ever actually enrolled.
  6. Maybe we could invite SDSU to CUSA?
  7. Big loss. She was really the first woman after Billie Jean King to make a major mark on behalf of women in sports and broadcasting.
  8. SAN ANTONIO — UTSA announced Friday that it will play a pair of future nonconference football games against Army West Point. The Roadrunners will travel to West Point, N.Y., for the first time in program history to face the Black Knights on Sept. 10, 2022, at Michie Stadium. In 2023, UTSA will host Army, an FBS Independent, for the second time on Sept. 16 at the Alamodome. The two teams first met on Sept. 14, 2019, in San Antonio. The Sept. 10, 2022 road date with the Black Knights gives UTSA four nonconference contests that season. The Roadrunners will host Houston on Sept. 3 and they will welcome Texas Southern to the Alamodome on Sept. 24 one week after traveling to Austin to play Texas. 9. Gilmore preserved his redshirt after appearing in only one game for the Wildcats last season. It was Gilmore who handed the ball to running back Tyler Markray for a 45-yard touchdown that broke UK’s single-game rushing record in its 50-7 win over Tennessee Martin. Tommy Mainord, UK’s wide receivers coach during Mark Stoops’ first three years in charge, is the associate head coach and co-offensive coordinator at North Texas. Alexandria native Luke Walerius, a former graduate and recruiting assistant under Stoops in 2016 and 2017, is chief of staff for the Mean Green. Former Frederick Douglass High School star Dayton LeBlanc is a sophomore defensive lineman at North Texas. read more: https://www.kentucky.com/sports/college/kentucky-sports/uk-football/article242730171.html Read more here: https://www.kentucky.com/sports/college/kentucky-sports/uk-football/article242730171.html#storylink=cpy Read more here: https://www.kentucky.com/sports/college/kentucky-sports/uk-football/article242730171.html#storylink=cpy
  10. Agree with you but I just can’t see UT giving up their network.
  11. Why not— we could just have everyone 6 feet apart? Concessions is one of the things we most enjoy.
  12. We should hope and pray for that. Aggies will not be gentle at Kyle.
  13. The bigger concern for the G5, and the new NIL rules, won’t be a widening gap between them and the P5. It will be a widening gap between the top of the G5 and the bottom. Brands in the G5 that have more gravitational pull, geographic strongholds, and prior success are about to start competing closer to the level of a bottom to middle tier P5 program in recruiting. Smaller G5 brands simply won’t be able to keep up. read more: https://www.underdogdynasty.com/2020/4/30/21242048/how-new-nil-rules-will-change-g5-recruiting-group-of-five-power-five-aac-cusa-sun-belt-mwc-mac
