SMU has had a melt down since they played us; It would be a different game now if we played tomorrow. We have gotten much better and SMU has fallen apart. The team looks like they just quit last night against Tulane…we better start making up-grades to our roster and facilities now to compete in the AAC; can’t wait, will be very good for us in the long run!

UNT is going to the AAC next year, 10 times the revenue we're receiving in C-USA or the MWC...recruit, hire, train, develop and win! Don't think Seth is our guy long term...If he wins out, including the conference championship, he gets to stay one more year, if not, he's gone; we cut our losses and get ready for next year!

This was a great win either way you look at it...the team is getting much better, hard to explain, but this is not the same team that lost to SMU! Defense kicked ass today and the offense is really coming on strong! We could win out the rest of the season, maybe!

No High school coach!

No high school coach period! Worst decision we could make! Now, hire a D-! coach with a winning track record; must have recruited Texas high school football and understands the importance of defense...maybe a highly regarded assistant at a winning P5 program in Texas...lots of candidates, no re-treads!

The AAC will bring more teams that people want to see, bring a Navy or Texas Tech in to Denton see if it's not a sell out! Cal-Berkeley will be coming into Denton next year, along with AAC teams; we need to win and win big going forward; Lettrell must go and we should re-start as soon as possible! Worked for TCU, why not us!

Forget baseball! We need to concentrate on football and basketball; we don't have the money for all three!

No! He's too old and tired...head coach works 100 hours a week (if he's doing his job right) Patterson is on the back 9 we need youth for a rebuild; go to the Sunbelt, we pay double the salary and virtually can get any coach we want. The guy at Louisiana makes $600,000. a year, they went 10-1 the last 2 years. Sunbelt is looking pretty good right now; arguably better talent than the AAC and C-USA... And, another thing, who ever said we can't compete with SMU? Bullshit, the UNT coach must go! Often a new coach can turn a team around in less than a year with the same players...

Forget the pit crew...we need to retain McCasland, he is awesome and a genus, he is the future of the team. We keep winning there will be good attendance...you can’t expect people to get excited about a losing program for last 20 years; it takes time, thank god we have a president that understand how important athletics is at UNT, 40,000 students, hell yes! If Grant leaves, we hire his equivalent; the AD knows what he’s doing, I trust we will succeed either way. This is a very solid team, we will meet or exceed last years success! Go Mean Green!

First two series of downs we run the ball, Seth said, he was going to run the ball in his press conference...SMU had 8 in the box every play in the first series. You think "Gram Harrell" would have run the ball??? Now, Seth had 4 years to find another Mason Fine so he could run this offense and 4 years to find corners like we had when Gram was here. The Houston coach said, Seth was a "meat head" in the weight room in college. Maybe, less time in the weight room, more time coaching!

Men! First, long time supporter…Both of you have this coming, the buck stops with you! National TV, we looked like a high school team; do we ever practice tackling? I can’t believe the talent level was that much better than what we had on the field, but SMU came out to play; much more physical and was ready. This is my point, we were embarrassed as a team and program on national TV; a lot of people have stepped up and contributed to this program, they deserve better! Quarterback? My god, Jason Bean cannot throw the ball accurately enough to sustain success on the field, just go with Austin and hope for the best! Defense (wins championships), way too slow up front, way too slow at the corner position; recruit, recruit, recruit those positions! If I ran my business the way we played last night, I’d be out of business! My two cents!

We did not look good on defense, very slow on the line, defensive backs out of position; SMU will tear us a new one if we can't come up with a better game plan.

Not! I have tickets on the 50, lower deck at AT&T stadium with food and liquor. I have club seats at Apogee; food is much better and the seats are just as good. Parking at Apogee is a breeze compared to most FBS schools in the country. Article is BS!
