  1. Let’s hope Coach Nepotism can coach them properly. If this isn’t the best unit on the field (or second best to the OL) we are going to have a long and poor season. Everything starts up front.
  2. The lack of gif functionality on mobile is killing me. [insert BoogerfromRevengeoftheNerds.gif]
  3. Or tuition at UNT is tens of thousands cheaper than TCU?
  4. This. Honestly, at the time he did not even know his name but he was so impressed with JD that he pointed him out. Knows his name now!
  5. Is the NCAA going to adjust APR along with their new transfer rules?
  6. Don’t look at the “best remaining” WR on ESPN. It will enrage you. Has Jalen way low, with even Rico above him.
  7. All-conference FCS lineman with 2 years eligibility. Handful of FBS offers (including several conference mates)

  9. You are probably right but I wish we had a “nosedive” like hers here. When was the last time we won 19 games (that got Ashton fired)? At the University of Texas, Aston led the Longhorns to a 184-83 (.689) record in eight seasons. In her final seven seasons combined at Texas, Aston’s teams averaged 24.6 wins per year, making six NCAA Tournament appearances. From 2015-18, her squads made four consecutive NCAA Sweet 16 showings, marking the first time that had been accomplished at Texas since 1990. Aston also directed the 2015-16 Longhorns to the program’s first NCAA Elite Eight appearance since 2003. Five of the classes she recruited to Texas were ranked among the top-11 in the nation according to ESPN.com, including three top-five classes.
  10. I don’t think it is about keeping these specific guys, it is more about not signing the right guys to begin with or not developing them well. Again, hard to complain after last year’s results but nothing wrong with taking an objective look at the program.
  11. Also Houston and Rutgers. That Houston offer could be tough to beat.
  12. Not sure if it is a good or bad thing really but we ended up in a 6-7 man rotation and he seemed to have little confidence in the bench that he recruited. And now almost all of them are leaving and we start again. I guess that is the way of the game these days. I mean we did win the conference and a tourney game so I suppose it worked.
  13. If Rico stayed we probably wouldn’t be talking about Darden being drafted
  14. Grant also recruits a ton of players that don’t last. He turns over the majority of the roster every year.
  15. Seems like tennis and soccer were in a bit of a rebuilding year but I would bet they come back strong next year.
