    Shannon Shorter is the starting SG for the Chiba Jets. They won their league a few days ago.     Totally agree. Even his answer about picking NT was well-crafted. A less clever guy might have just said “I think I can get my numbers in the offense” - which was clearly what he was thinking and nothing wrong with that. Instead he flipped into how he can work hard and make the team better. Smart.

    The priority is expanding the weight rooms. That is what is inadequate.

    If you are worried about attendance figures then guess what a night game in late November would do for attendance. Games that late in the season are usually daytime.

    Someone correct me if I am wrong but I believe that for several years the department has funded summer school so the incoming class -or at least some of it - is already on campus over the summer. I don’t think they wait until fall camp opens to get them here working.
