Miguel is ranked the #17 kicker in the class.

I think he won't be a scholarship player, so he didn't get a graphic for signing day. Kinda how it goes with kickers/punters when they first enter school. But he's a 5-star kicker that should compete for the job right away and I'm all for it! Kickers are people too!
