Bloesch promoted to Cal's OC

Baylor hired Spavital a few days ago, so Cal stays in-house.   
This was a no-brainer move for Cal (who's doing it the right way, promoting him to OC/O-Line... not OC/QBs), and I hope they do well.  Bloesch is a really good OC.   Hope they find a designated QBs coach to replace Spav though, otherwise if their QBs have any technical/mechanical issues, they're screwed.

Cole Johnson is also still there as an Offensive GA as well.
