for the second year in a row. However this time we did beat Denver who are the Champs. It's tough that we slipped up on weekend, with a loss and a tie. If either had gone our way our girls would have a diamond ring!

The second place finish means we don't have to play WKy unless they beat Denver. That means we won't have to play the home town heros.

Great news, Reb. How good does it look for a trip to the SBC championship game, realistically?

Also, any chance FSN (or someone else) picks up the title game? I've seen some SEC women's soccer on that channel from time to time this fall...

Anything other than a trip to the title game and a *competitive* effort against Denver will be a major disappointment.

I agree, we should never have lost to MUTS, it was one of those games where the ball bounced funny. I note that Denver was just beaten by WY. we might have a chance.
