I don't think unt is no where near a better team on paper than the '04 team was. I can't imagine anyone discussing the maybes with the team we fielded last year. My resolve is to be in a wait and see mode. I get the feeling i might be waiting a while.

Evan Robertson impressed me during two-a-days. He is fast. I wonder if he can hold up with his small size though. His size makes me question his durability.

I would love to see us bounce back like TCU did a few years back when they only won 4 games in one season and 10 or 11 the next. A part of me is clinging on to that hope. The other, however, is a bit pessimistic and doesn't see it happening. I haven't seen anybody last year taking command of this team... And the criticism i heard of a few players that graduated last season of the coaching staff only adds to my doubts.

Buy... I may be negative... but, I saw nothing last year. Therefore, i am left with doubt. Until I see progress I will stay with that. Buy/sell: We will have a losing record this year.

Those who stay up with the goings on of the group we are in and our current state would say you aren't too off base with that comment. I wouldn't be shocked if we got first in the group.... then again, i wouldn't be surprised if we got third either. Disappointed definitely, but not shocked.

How could anybody feel worthwhile devoting so much time and energy into something they don't believe in?! Or, to sell a product that they don't even value. Seems all so pointless and vain...

meangreen61.... though it is nice to hear we did well against them and other spring competition, UNTbowler is right. the spring is meaningless and when it mattered most, we fell short. And we fell short bad... wasn't the score like 3-0?! that is a beating in soccer. But, we have next year to look forward to and we are returning all the starters which is very nice to hear. Lets make it to the tourny again and this time lets win a post-season game.

We follow this team and are the biggest fans this organization has. I show my support by showing up to every home game and at least one away game a year. I follow the team, the goings on of the program, and promote the sport to friends and others. However, I am not going to be blinded by optimism and be unrealistic. I see where this program is and it isn't pretty. Last year was pathetic and I don't think i can find any real strength from any unit on that team. Besides the one year we went 9-3... that comment that we have been "good" prior to last year is questionable. Hopefully, things will be much much better. But, I am not going to act as if we are better than we really are. Not, until i see the progress.

four games... we will win four games this year. none in ooc... all in a weak SBC.

Damn it! We lost a good one. No one will really know the wonderful things he did for this university and my family. He will be hard to replace.

I understand that TJ Raymond went to Junior college to get some grades in order. The sounds of things I heard last is that there is practically no way he is coming back. Is this true Harry? Did he just dig himself to deep of a whole?

I hear alot of talk that this now pushes a mediocre cowboy team to a playoff cowboy team. HOW?!?! As I recall, the WR were our strength last year. Signing T.O. doesn't answer our needs for a solid O-line... or, a lack in pass rush. Or our horendous/porous secondary. We have so many unanswered needs right now that I don't know how strengthening our WR will all of the sudden be the answer when it never was the problem.

OH NO! Someone accidentally put the Eagle logo in front of the E. Now people wont know what school that shirt is trying to promote.
