I don’t think North Texas folk in general realize what this Darden Brady connection could mean for North Texas. It would literally be the biggest national story UNT has had as a University since probably Mean Joe Greene or perhaps Charles Whitman. We have not had an offensive player of this caliber in the NFL in the history of the program.

Have to hope that Smatresk will put UNT first but you are correct the timing is off.

Look you may be joking, but SMU has always announced a higher number in attendance than are actually sitting in the stands. I’ve been to games there where we had more fans than they did.

We have two many skill position players for there to be a 40/30 guy IMHO.

In 2018 we had Mason Fine and demolished them. Now just two years later and we are scared to death of them. That’s messed up man!

I disagree here. Littrell lives to see the entire season, unless he outright loses the team, a-la McCarney with the Portland St. debacle (which I doubt). I get your point but damn man this dude is heading into his 6th season here. Are you suggesting they would keep him through year 7 with an overall losing record?

You guys are so funny to me. When a dude transfers you act all high and mighty towards any fan that gets upset about it. Then when someone wants to keep track of a former players career you get all pissy! 😂

I agree with @untjim1995at 4-8 but personally I don’t think Wren allows Seth to stay with that record and will name Phil Bennett or Mike Bloesch the interim head coach at mid season and then the University will keep him as coach to help save the money to buyout Seth. Seth will get another OC job right away which limits the buyout liability as I understand it.

I think Hank is ok but why the heck can’t we have a former player or coach or even just a UNT alum be a part of this broadcast team or at least on the sidelines? We have so many colorful personalities and talented ex lettermen and alumni. Maybe it’s time for a change?
