I will just keep shopping at Movie Trading Company for movies and boxed sets since these networks keep taking their content away from Netflix/Hulu. :') One positive of that is the boxed sets still have "cancelled episodes" that streaming services have taken off.

That's why I didn't watch the Chargers/Chiefs game on Thursday...

I work in logistics and used to schedule loads that would go to the Associated Wholesale Grocers in Southaven. Those receiving clerks there suck. Do better!

There were quite a few App State and Marshall fans at their road games several states away (I guess Marshall is only 2 away). Wish we could have whole visiting sections like that, not just little dots around the stadium. Know a lot of people here are going to the UNLV game, do us proud!

I wouldn't go as far to say UNT's got a D2 program, but the SBC is clearly the superior football conference. Hopefully App State pulls off this game in Aggieland.

I am more optimistic this week as I was kind of clueless last week. But the boys showed up in front of a packed house in El Paso. I'm leaning towards a single-digit victory in front of a near sellout in Denton (if rain stays away).

We need to be wearing the mighty green for every home opener/homecoming/other marquee game at Apogee.

This thread is funny, but I want to beat SMU at Ford Stadium.

Don't get me wrong, flashing the ID sounds super easy and awesome. But I would definitely opt for flashing my ID and getting a physical ticket. I haven't seen ticket prices going down to account for not using ticket stock.

That sounds terrible! So much for additional walk-up tickets sold. The box office employees act like they can't sell you a ticket as if they don't have access to the system. BS.

I guess I am old school. I still prefer the physical ticket, and hate events that are digital only, especially that force you to pay ticket fees. Plus the physical ticket trailer reminds students that there's a game this weekend.

26,208 Screw mommy and daddy, they can wait a weekend. And screw the digital ticketing too. Bring back the on-campus ticket trailer, or at least have people there showing students how to access their digital tickets.

My biggest thought was I don't know what prompted the review of the blatant targeting/taunting during the TV timeout, but I'm glad it happened -- taking what would have been a 4th and 17 outside of field goal range to a 1st down deep in UTEP territory, keeping the drive alive and leading to a TD as UNT began to pull away. After that hit and then the obvious taunt with no flag (especially with us getting called for one earlier), I dropped some F bombs at BoomerJack's. Sorry to my Tarrant County friends. Our run game looked fantastic but I was glad we were also able to connect for touchdowns through the air, especially in some third and goal opportunities. While penalties overall were lopsided against us, none were against the offense and I think they only drew one false start the whole game, no big runs brought back on holding, excellent for the first game of the season. Defense bent but did not break. Coverage in the secondary was shaky. No three-and-outs so UTEP had some inflated stats paired with the missed opportunities (missed FG, 4th and goal failure, dropped TD pass) But they got off the field when it mattered. Not giving up any garbage points was very satisfying. Unfortunately my wife is getting induced Saturday so I will be MIA for SMU. Hopefully the hospital television has CBS Sports Network.

Missed two personal fouls. If not the hit, should have been a clear taunting. Called it on us for a lot less.

And no yellow first down line on the broadcast either.

Another game of yelling at Littrell for last minute management. First let ten seconds go off the clock before calling the timeout on defense, then not being aggressive and at least trying to get in field goal range. That being said, we are better than them. We just can't get out of our own way.

Are teams backing out of actual commitments? Or just going back on their word. It'd be nice to receive some sort of payment if a school decides they want to back out of a game.
