Even for CUSA the UNT defense is full of holes and gets bombed every game . Best of luck to all the nice guys, but this system needs massive improvements.

Dear Wren, absolutely love the facilities ! Apogee, the IPF, track and soccer complex ! But why has the football program gone south in every phase of the game ? Sorry, but it feels like deja vu all over again. Would you please not tell us “that’s the way it goes in college football and that we’ve got it pretty good”. We heard that before year after year. Love my UNT degrees, family season tickets across the board - PLEASE keep the bottom from dropping out yet again.

Help me out... How many players on a college team’s roster can red shirt in a given season? Who has ultimate authority to approve red shirts ? The ncaa, coach, player? Can a school/coach effectively create a “dream-team” by red shirting players from different recruiting class years to get to a “dream-team” season?

If l’m a Houston player I tell Coach Holgerson not to let King come near the rest of the team during games or practices. He just gave the finger to the Cougar team and community. And yes, I understand it’s all about future money for this guy - but it still SUCKS.
