  1. I’m pretty sure I saw Bush in a boot. That’s all I got.
  2. I saw somewhere that they're using the Dallas jerseys when they play us and when they play TCU. I want to say Brett mentioned it on Twitter a couple of weeks ago.
  3. UAB is doing something patriotic. Our patriotic eagle is better. 😂😂
  4. 01-05. I was like, “We win the conference and go to a bowl game every year. What’s the big deal?” 15 years later….
  5. I hope we don’t give up 21 in the first, but from just last night, PB and the defense seem different. I think it’s going to be a better game than the 25 pt spread.
  6. I think you’re right about Ruder. Aune looked good when he came in, but he also has some history/chemistry with the receivers. Ruder will find his own groove with the receivers and it’s going to electric when it happens! GMG!
  7. I’m with you. The 200 yards rushing is a tough one….and those are a lot of yards to give up. Optimist/Green Glasses: Defense also had 4 turnovers (and another on special teams). Give up that many yards, but get the ball back for the offense? I know it’s tough to count on turnovers on a consistent basis, but the aggressiveness seemed coached.
  8. I think the lack of halftime show was a heat thing. There was also a high school special event that was canceled due to kids passing out during pre game rehearsal. I’m just speculating, though. 🤷🏽‍♂️
  9. The is what I was seeing, too. I think I got spoiled by Fine and Company. There were a few passes and lack of receiver adjustments that I was used to seeing from Bussey/Darden/Guyton etc. doing. I know they’ll figure it out. This is going to be a fun team to watch this season. GMG!
  10. I thought the defense was solid. And the tackling/gang tackling was MUCH improved from the last few years. Defense pitched a shut out the 2nd half. Due to halftime adjustments, or opponent fatigue? Both? Torrey is a beast. Shifty, breaks tackles, quick, and fast! He’s fun to watch. Ruder has a nice arm and good wheels. Wish he led his receivers a bit more, but I thought he made good safe decisions with where to throw the ball. Excited to watch this team mature and grow this season! GMG!
  11. Sorry to hear that, man. Hoping for a speedy recovery. GMG!
  12. I was leaning towards 20,000 as well. Maybe it’s just my circle, but there’s a lot of excitement for this season!
  13. They played my freshman and sophomore years, I think. 2001 and 2002? Geez…20 years ago….the years fly by.
  14. The white Jersey/green pants would be a sweet look, too!
  15. FYI: Just had to scramble to find white shirts for the family. The adults were fine. Our three boys grow like weeds. See you guys next Saturday! GMG!
  16. Give me Kortlin Rausaw! Our D-Line rotation is going to cause some trouble for the opposing offenses this season. Lock it up!
