  1. Marshall to the Sunbelt, and maybe MUTS and WKU to the MAC? I guess the saying "You can't go home again" holds true with all of them.
  2. Everyone in the stands was yelling that the Rice receiver had gone out of bounds before the catch. What did it look like on the video?
  3. While there's not as many of as in the past, it's still a pretty good NT turnout. We pretty much have the east side to ourselves - other than the MOB.
  4. No, the "tailgate" was at Little Woodrow's, in walking distance - good turnout
  5. If you're at the game, where are you sitting? I'll look for you. Right now I'm on the north 40, in one of the top rows, in the shade
  6. For anyone going to the game, there is a "tailgate" event at Little Woodrow's in Rice Village, a short walk to/from Rice Stadium: https://untalumni.com/mean-green-vs-rice-tailgate/
  7. CUSA could add Idaho, too - get them to move back up - and expand even farther west!
  8. There's no mention of a parade on the Homecoming schedule - not even to say it has been cancelled (whether due to COVID or what). So when was it decided to not have the parade?
  9. @emmitt01, this isn't RadioShack.com 😉
  10. Of course, there might be some in favor of "Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad" - if we could even get back to winning 8 games in a season.
  11. I do agree that "Hey Baby" should be replaced, not only to feature a song by an alumnus, but also because it's a buzzkill. My choice would Roy Orbison's "Pretty Woman". Yeah, it's still kind of a love song, but its more up-tempo, especially if it's played with a bit of a Van Halen flavor. And, everyone can still sing along.
  12. I'm pretty sure that Paul wrote Get Back, didn't just sing it.
  13. Besides Jim McIngvale, the article also mentions Sam Golden, who is a prominent member of the UNT Alumni Association, who lives here in Fort Bend County.
