I wouldn't call 31-0 at half a big improvement for this football team...or how about 2 games where the off scored zero points, or have you looked at the box scores...those game numbers are painful....DT does a good job overall...just needs maturity, off line is young..will be real good in another yr or 2...but the def backs, special teams and play calling...not so good...i do like the way they have played in the second half...even though they almost lost to Indiana in the 4th, but I have seen no improvement in these areas overall...I expected a 5 win season...still excuses for playing they way they play too often just doesn't cut it...now good drink your green koolaid and work on your hope chest.

I really can't comment on the 2nd half....UNT sucked Soooooo bad in the first half, I cut the game off and watch USC/Stanford game. There is a huge problem with this offense, special teams and the def secondary....I just don't see any changes or adjustments...this is Dan Mac's team, so where are the adjustments? Perhaps the lack of talent in these areas resides in the coaches, and less in the players. This looks alot like the UNT of the past, with a win/loss record to go with it.....sad.

at the end of this season...special teams coach...fired.....def backs coach...fired....QB coach..fired. gotta tell ya. UNT's off just plain sucks....if Dan Mac lets this go then he is thinkin this is Iowa State again and he can take 5 yrs to turn things around...right now I am about as excited about UNT football as I was when TD was coaching. It isn't even the half and I have quit watching the game...it is just too pathetic to watch, due to the above reasons.

I think you will be needing one of those port-a-potties in the 3rd qtr....then you might just need to stay in it during the 4th.

If RV and Rawlins and Dan M aren't lobbying the Big East then I will be disappointed...we do have some good things to sell when the Big East is falling apart and they are taking conf USA folks...the Big East, if it survives, may be just a slight jump from CUSA when this all shakes out. Make some calls and bust out the projector and slides my friend.

make it a tradition we always rush the field after Every win....so everyone else can kiss my a.......enjoy life, don't worry what others think...have fun students and enrich your life.

finally the off showed up....DT deserves credit and Dunbar was finally able to break a few long plays...esp the 60 yrd play in the 4th...good for him...very proud of you Dunbar. Receivers did great job tonight. AK...your the man....and some newbies are getting some recognition as well...overall a very good (and entertaining) game...the MG finished strong in the 2nd half and should be proud of the way they played...I am so happy for these guys...they are giving the students and homecrowd a reason to show up..great job!!

Even though they had poor support, they were not that bad...considering...hell, they beat TCU back then...70's

I really doubt this will ever happen....a dream now and a dream in the future...Nedderman killed the program for good.

Dan has raised our expectations for steak and we are getting dog food...I see an improved defensive line...but the secondary isn't so great and the offense down right stinks....but with so many years of crappy UNt football, I should be adjusted by now...at least we have a new stadium and admin support and money....now...for a football team..and conference!

It is not...our qb sucks...throws a pass to a player at the 3 when we need 7 and the player has a def back or linebacker on top of him...just stupid playing...lack of vision...gives his receiver up by staring him down....play calling sucks...seems like just the worse most predictable plays you could call....we have a lack of play makers x dunbar...then we call bad plays for him half of the time.

This play calling is pathetic...really...just like to offense....Canales really sucks in this play calling...revenge? One more year of UNT sucking at football....McCarney...I really see nothing but alot of BS talk on his part...setting high expectations and no results...our def coach..good..def backs coach...sucks...canales...was a fan..now..not much...if any....off much worse than last year....missed opportunity after missed opportunity....just bad playing and coaching...I'm just discussed....always too little , too late...game of conference changes...bad.

How many times this season have we been at the 1 or 3 or 5 yrd line with 1st and goal and can't get it in the enzone? then we kick a field goal or call a crappy play on 4th....this off is really bad...along with the play calling.

Our offense just is really pathetic...two games this season we scored NO points..now this game...thank goodness we have some defense...if this is what we have for offense then I wouldn't look to score too many wins in the remaining season...whats going on Chico? congrats to Zack Orr..Ford,Royce Hill and Delgato...ya'll really did a great job

UNT has to sell the university's new commitment to football and new funding, as evidenced by the new coaching staff, new stadium and promotion....hopefully RV didn't kill our chances with the LONG TD experiment...I get sooooo pissed when I think about this stupidity.

If you live near UNT, you should go to the game...regardless. On the other hand...people like me who have to fly in for the game...well, just not going to spend all that money for airfare, car, dining, hotel, etc for a game when they play like this...too disappointing. I'm sure others who live a few hours from UNT probably feel the same....the team has been bad for way too long. Will say this about the Tulsa game...I saw alot of stupid stuff, but I also saw a team fighting to the end...that is a big change from the last few years.
