RV just made the easy decision

Everyone's applauding RV for making the right decision, and at the same time wishing the best to DD and his family. I couldn't agree more, DD is a great guy but this was definitely the right choice to make.

Now the tough question: Who do we pick that can transform us to the next Boise state, louisville, etc?

Let's be realistic here, unless we get really lucky or RV has a brilliant talent for spotting a diamond in the rough, we're going to have to pay out the ass for a new coach who can take us there.

I'm not a big fan of trying a DII or high school coach either. I want a guy who knows how to win and has done it before. We sign him to a big contract based on how many games won and attendance, so we get what we pay for. That being said, what candidates are out there and how do we convince them to come to Denton?
