Yeah, I posted on the other thread when it became official at 2:15ish today.

It is very obvious that the Lakers were not under any circumstances going to send Shaq to the West. The players they got are good in their own right, but the Mavs and even Kings could have blown that offer out of the water. I think the Lakers sacrificed recieving a lot of talent by insisting on an Eastern team.
