That’s a great opportunity. Right now 49ers backfield consists of Brieda and McKinnon. Two Georgia Southern guys who have not established themselves as the number 1 back. I remain optimistic he can make the team and be an impact player.

I understand why some get impatient about how fast the program is moving toward where we all want it to be. I really don’t want to be talking about the same problems at age 65 that we are talking about now, for some on this page, that is reality. But things didn’t get this way overnight and they won’t get fixed overnight either. GMG

I think the powers that be could work it to where a program earning over a certain amount has to have some kind of payout to the “student-athletes” while any program that doesn’t meet that amount is exempted. It sounds like a tax on winning now that I think about it. So probably no way it ever happens

Is the biggest complaint about potentially joining the MWC, is that the games start too late?

How fun would it be to see Boise St. come to Apogee?! It would be great to see Gonzaga (once they join) or UNLV at the Super Pit! There are more relevant teams, that I as a fan, would love for North Texas to get an opportunity to play against in the MWC.
