  1. I agree, but I am curious if Kiffen and Davis can stay out of trouble.
  2. Notice Patrick Peek, DB out of Aledo, that we offered and committed to New Mexico is on their roster. Alex Funches, DE from Ryan, committed to Cal. Would love to see us go after the following: DE Marvin Terry, OL Jovan Pruitt, DL Sekou Clark and DL Tyrell Thompson
  3. Obviously something obscure you've conjured up in your own mind, so in that respect, you are correct.
  4. People know of us as the Mean Green or the Eagles. They will see that and hide their kids.
  5. Seems opposite of the true Air Raid I thought they were trying to copy. Leach and Tech have always had tall, rangy OL's that were well over 300 lbs.
  6. Listed at 260 lbs? Seems light for an OL.
  7. Looking at our class breakdown by position at this point, I'd love to see another playmaker and a stud on defense.
  8. I wasn't sure, but I know he signed his paperwork. Will be here in the spring.
  9. Ratings from 247Sports. QB Cade Pearson: 6-3, 194 lbs. 2 star QB Devlin Isadore: JUCO: 6-4, 205 lbs. 3 star (signed LOI) RB/S Tyreke Davis: 5-9, 180 lbs. 2 star, RB Evan Johnson: 5-8, 170 lbs. not rated, 2 star on Scout ATH Tre’Von Bradley: 5-11, 185 lbs. 3 star WR Jalen Guyton: 6-1, 200 lbs. 3 star (signed LOI) TE Remington Lutz: 6-5, 220 lbs. 2 star OL Brendon Weatherspoon: 6-4, 305 lbs. 2 star OL Dakoda Newman: 6-3, 320 lbs. 2 star OL Jevin Pahinui; JUCO: 6-4, 283 lbs. (signed LOI) OL Manase Mose: 6-2, 295 lbs. 2 star DT Junius King: 6-1, 302 lbs. 2 star DE/DT Tony Krasniqi: 6-1, 240 lbs. 2 star LB Kody Fulp: 6-2, 215 lbs. 2 star DB Cameron Johnson: 5-11, 170 lbs. 3 star DB Makyle Sanders: 6-2, 178 lbs 2 star
  10. Big time get. So, three years of eligibility, correct? He's already burned his RS.
  11. Yep, it is Nevada. I was thinking of Mike Norvell at Memphis. Still doesn't show to be committed anywhere.
  12. Too bad there wasn't much time to prepare for a bowl game.
  13. If you watch a replay, it appears that our safeties had pitchman responsibility if the corner was pulled off the line by the WR. I think Finney typically had FB responsibility, but on this play realized Bradshaw kept the ball and was free on this play. Then again, I could be way off. This is just what I remember.
  14. I think what is also missed on this play is that McClain, as well as he played, took a bad angle on this play and just missed a tackle for loss. I believe Baulkman was playing a hybrid nickel back and his key was the QB, most of the game.
  15. He better be ready to roll in the spring. If not, we need to move along.
  16. And you get upset over perceived name calling. Some people choose to look at a glass as half full, some choose to look at a glass as half empty.
  17. I think Hair-Griffen will make a positive impact in the slot. I'm hoping he is the second coming of Brelan.
  18. The outside runs they broke typically were due to our over pursuit/bad angles on the play and getting out of position. That is what occurred on one of their first half long runs, I think the one where Jenkins was held, and also occurred on the OT TD. It is tough to defend and takes, as we all know, great discipline.
  19. No, unfortunately I wasn't able to get off work enough to make the drive to Dallas for the game. The date/time prohibited six of from attending that attended the last one.
