Yeah, I'm more worried about our QB situation at the moment. If we don't get that straightened out, I don't know if I want anybody recognizing us, since we may be 3-9.

Well, looks like those experts over at the SMut board are showing us how QBs are supposed to perform (and not against as good of a defense!). Actually, that #4 is scary. He's hard to get down. Hope Mr. Lee is able to introduce himself a couple of times next week.

I realize that DT still needed some of the "mop-up" time last year to continue to improve, but there is still no reason that we didn't get some significant game experience for at least one of the QB's that we would rely on this year. Especially in the USM and UTEP games. Since the likely choice would have been McNulty, this tells me that they didn't expect him to be anything but the backup this year and felt it was more important to give DT the reps than a future backup.

This chart needs a Z-axis to chart the "cheating" level of the same schools so we can watch the $EC and some of the other "powerhouses" on the right side, tail off into a pit.

That's only because it hasn't been marketed for the past 25 years. If it would have been, in another 20 yrs or so, most of those that remember North Texas would be gone.

I wish we'd push the "Mean Green" message harder. When buying merchandise, I purposefully choose items with MG on them over those with UNT/North Texas. I think MG has a much better "coolness" factor and if we can string together some great seasons and start to get some national attention, I think people might embrace the MG name for its uniqueness. Also, no more merchandise that could be mistaken for Philadelphia Eagles.
