Exactly. I knew I would come on here and see a stream of "no Texas ties!" posts, but that isn't this position. Now if they hire a director of high school relations with no Texas ties, then we should get some torches and pitchforks.

Very common. My UT buddy does the same. Only makes one game every 2-3 years but doesn't want to lose his spot.

I am sorry, but I am just an average middle class income earner, but I have no idea how even $500 is a make or break proposition for you folks. Either UNT is priority for you or not. It is so ridiculously cheap to attend games compared to real D1 sports that I can't believe you are complaining. People pay more to attend one game at other schools than our entire season!
