4. I have heard Bennett steals all the left socks he can find at night. He hoards them until he amasses an apocalyptic collection with which he can then hold the world hostage until his demands are met: Everyone wears shorts on the sideline. Even if any of the above were true, he's still been a MASSIVE step up from our previous sock gnomes.

I still have absolute faith in Wren. I have seen our brand, marketing, PR, everything (except, well...you know... friggin' football) since he's come on board. Short of actually having WB coach the football team (which might be an actual step up at this point), he's been stellar.

Why oh why are Sunbelt and CUSA thinking of adding FCS teams? we already have too many FBS teams, we need to be downsizing, not the other way! Trim the fat before bringing more to the table.

Think I got plastered for saying it in last weeks game thread. But 80% on our WR corp. Dropped passes this year, missed routes/assignments, QB pressure. It'd be a mess if we had a decent QB. With what we have to work with, it's a nightmare.

This is anecdotal, because it obviously won't happen: we still could be bowl eligible if we win out, so no reason to change anything up this week if you've been working towards that. AFTER we lose, then shake it up and do some crazy stuff with new QBs and players. Nothing to lose then. (Ok, yeah, nothing to lose now either, but gotta try!) If we win, I'd expect the same chart next week, etc...

Their best attribute is their portal status. HS players are in the worst imaginable position now for playing

Package deal... If you are hitching your kid to Coach Mumbles trailer, that's just bad parenting. SL offers nothing to a QB, that was all Fine and Graham. We lack anything resembling a QB coach
