So basically... Update: we still don't know either way

Based on our game against SMU and our game against Cal, I would say SMU. But who's to say SMU doesn't *shockingly* circle us on the calendar as we do them and played especially well against us, but shits the bed at a neutral site against any P5. But if the question is who looked better, then SMU for sure.

All of our remaining games are winnable, including Houston. This team has to finally realize its potential. So yes, I would be disappointed with 7-5.

What's worse? The cannon being fake, or the cannon [probably] being rented, too?

Totally could have placed our fans in the lower level. There weren't people in that end zone section until around halftime when people started moving around.

Silly question, but I'll play along. If we win out, we will: Win 10 regular season games Win conference championship Win bowl game All things that have yet to be accomplished in Littrell's tenure. However, I DO hope we are at least prepared enough to compete with SMU at home next year.

The fans were super hospitable. Lots of high praise after the game, including from a sweet elderly couple on the BART train afterwards who I told we hope we see them at Apogee in 2022. No problems with students. Either they are even more disengaged/uninformed about the sports realm as our students are, or just didn't care. I heard several students before the game ask who they were playing lol.

24-0 to Tennessee in 2015 was a moral victory. We were good enough to beat this Cal team.
