  1. A worthy foe. Let's do this! I find games that actually have some competetion to be more entertaining. Don't get me wrong, I did enjoy watching SMU get beat down.
  2. 28 - 14 Mean Green A pick 6 with and extra point will bring us to 28. I think our offense might be the only gateway LA tech will have to scoring.
  3. I'm signing up for this! I hope I can catch all of the televised games. I do worry about the American Sports Network though. Who even has that available?
  4. Heck yeah! Mac is an excellent coach and has turned the program around. Glad to see he will be with us for years to come!
  5. Wow Harry, I see you are quite the realist but I am going to go down to Austin and watch the Mean Green stomp the Stronghorns. Put the mean back in the green baby! Nice write up btw!
  6. Well, that is very unfortunate news for those organizations. I can't help but think how it would feel if something like that happened within our program.
  7. Current student. Been in college for about 8 years figuring out what I wanted to do. Finally figured it out, UNT was my first choice. This is my first year as a university student coming from a long career of community college. I imagine I am older than your average student but dahd gummit, I love football and I am going to live the university life and root for my team! I am well aware that I walked into one of the best mean green seasons to come along in a good while and I couldn't be more thankful. How awesome is that? The year I start going to North Texas will be victory year!
  8. Dang, I would be interested in seeing that. I imagine youtube at some point?
  9. Is CSS Comcast exclusive? I can't seem to find out what channel it will be on. I have Fios. In the event that Verizon doesn't carry it, has anyone heard of any sports bars that will be playing the game?
  10. Beasley has proved to me that Brelan has a spot in the NFL as a receiver. Brelan will also be an asset in kick returns. I am confident he will be picked up.
  11. Much appreciated, we are extremely excited. Thank you very much for swinging by and rooting for us! It means a lot, it means green a lot
  12. Found this, which is awesome. http://www.dallasnews.com/sports/college-sports/unt-mean-green/20131026-unt-pounds-s.-mississippi-55-14-for-3rd-straight-c-usa-win.ece?nclick_check=1 Let's see if they acknowledge last nights game.
  13. Give us another shot at Georgia, we would win.
  14. Oh, I think we could take TCU on this season and beat them with this team.
  15. This coverage and exposure is absolutely awesome for us. I think we are going to have a lot of talented players interested in playing for North Texas as this season progresses.
  16. Did anyone get this recorded? I want to watch it over and over and over!
  17. I am so freaking proud! What an excellent game! Go MEAN GREEN FOR LIFE! I wasn't able to make it to the actual game, but when I walked into that sports bar and saw the game on 75% of the TVs without even having to ask for a channel change, I believe I teared up a bit, manly tears though. Everyone there got to see what we are made of and it was a great time!
