    SMU has more money than UH, UCF and Cincy, but SMU didn't utilize that. SMU didn't invest into any facilities, SMU hasn't actually won anything in football or basketball, SMU has made zero commitment over the last decade but now that the door is closing, there is a last ditch effort to do this ACC willy-nilly.
