Hey meangreener, I saw the WFAA Channel 8 piece on UNT's Homecoming. There was a student on their that used your rallying cry of "Hit 30k". That was awesome. Your efforts have definitely had an impact. Way to take the initiative.

Wow! That's incredible. All the newcast members seemed really excited for UNT and The Mean Green. Fantastic. And, yeah, the last student they interviewed said we need to hit 30K. Awesome.

We are listed right after the Georgia piece. Good placement. Good press. Nice association. Later, in the piece on Tulsa, The Professor lists the toughest teams in C-USA as East Carolina, Marshal, and North Texas.

Good win over Tulsa. Yes, definitely knock out Tulane.

And our guys will just continue to get bigger and faster under Coach Frank.

Fox Sports 1 runs a tight ship--very pro. And we are giving them a good product. Its a win-win.

UTSA has twice as many wins as Tulsa has. And UTSA has more wins that TCU, SMU, and UTEP. There's a thread on the Tulsa board titled NORTH TEXAS. It makes reference to our game against Rice.

Yes. A great big thanks goes out to all those who helped organize the NORTH...TEXAS chant into a potent home field event that charges up everyone--the players, the fans, the whole Mean Green Nation. This kind of stuff definitely plays with the heads of the opposing team's players, coaches, etc. The crowd noise on the TV broadcast was really loud. Very impressive. Even one of the anouncers mentioned how loud the crowd noise was on a paricular 3rd down. It sounded like the place was packed! Apogee is a world-class stadium with an excellent design. Let's pack it for the UTEP game and make it so loud in there that they will be able to hear us chant NORTH...TEXAS all the way back in El Paso. GMG.

UTSA will take care of Tulane at home in the Alamo Dome.

True. The Fox announcers didn say they had never seen a goal line stance like that on ANY level. It was glorious. Rice had so many chances and our defense said, " We are the Mean Green. This is our house." And that final sack was the exclamation mark in front of a national audience. Proud to be a member of the Mean Green Nation.

C-USA is paying dividends for sure.
