This brings to mind the old philosophical question: If the Mean Green lay a beatdown on their opponent and no TV cameras are there to broadcast it, did it really happen? Think about it.

The park cities is part of Rep. Branch's district so I can see him having at least a passing interest in pimping SMUt. However, with budget shortfalls, failing public schools, immigration issues, etc., I fail to see how he has time for drivel like helping SMU achieve something they so richly DON'T DESERVE.

Here's an idea for a helmet sticker... the number 109. It would serve as a constant reminder of the disrespect our program gets at the national level and would create a good us vs. the world mentality in the locker room, practice field and on game day. I know the whole helmet sticker thing has been a good punching bag on here, but if they are going to be done, this might be the best way to go about it.

The three finger sign is merely three fifths of the Rangers claw sign. The girl's t shirt even looks like the same artwork as what is on the Rangers version.

Will the plaque be green or white? What color green? Black, white or gray accents? Room for stickers? Will the current logo/font be used or will a new one need to be commissioned? Will the SOW/SEW/SO/SOUGH be included on the plaque? These are pressing offseason issues and demand answers.

I have about 35-40 extra pounds I would gladly donate to the cause.
