I do believe there is GMG precedent for this. -
Looks like he played DE or a stand up blitzing LB. https://www.hudl.com/profile/10254356/Siosifa-Leota

DRC: Way-too-early look at UNT's 2021 schedule

I am not sure why anyone thinks we don’t have a competent OL. Our pass defense and run blocking was so much better last year. Our OL was by far the most improved unit on the team. And maybe we end up with a new starting QB but if we do, it’s a good thing. It would mean that Ruder is as talented as advertised and beat out the returning starter. We might only win four games again next year, but I kind of doubt it. With CUSA being so inconsistent and unpredictable we are probably more likely to win 6. -
Any motivated alumni out there willing to work for university wages?

I hear you, but Grant had one (1) year of D1 experience when we hired him away from ArkSt. Prior to that it was a couple years at D2 and several at JUCO. Hodge has learned under Grant and other good coaches, plus has been a JUCO head coach. Before joining Eustachy at Southern Miss, Hodge compiled a record of 146-24 in head coaching stints at Midland Junior College (2009-11) and Paris Junior College (2006-09). In his two-year stint with Midland College, Hodge guided the Chaparrals to an impressive 63-7 (.900) record... Hodge coached for four years at Paris Junior College, the last three as head coach. In those three seasons, Hodge led the Dragons to an 83-17 (.830). The Dragons won two Texas Eastern Athletic Conference regular-season championships...

They were runner-up in 2019. I am not sure how you define upgrade but the rest of the people on this planet think that means it is a better program. Also, in math class we learned that a $5 million salary is 10 times higher than a 500k salary.

Common sense? I addition to limiting their own liability, seems prudent to limit the exposure to the students who are part of a near 40k population that often spend time in enclosed areas and are a problematic population to keep from spreading the virus (partying, dorm rooms, etc). With the size of the Pit that is still over 1000 strangers interacting indoors.

Promising anecdotal evidence, further study needed. -
Matt we have academic standards and too few goats to lure those Kentucky students. Plus they are all busy redshirting to get that fifth year of high school eligibility.
