Oscar Robertson, Cincinnati's greatest player, will serve as interm coach until Bob Huggins returns from suspension on Aug. 27. He is not being compensated for his involvement.

How great was Robertson? He was the Associated Press' national player of the year in '59 and '60. The Hall of Fame member played 14 seasons in the NBA and made the all-star team twelve times!

Those of us who saw him play against us in those years can appreciate the skills he had. In the big game at Denton in 1960 we forced them into overtime, but Robertson was like a wizard with his shooting and ball handling skills.
