What does a “self help motivator on social media” do ? Does that pay the rent ?

There are lots of facets to this project. The first and biggest is the expansion of the Athletic Complex. This $40 million re-do is first in line and will be completed before any sport, men or women, is added. $20 mil is to come from donors and $20 mil from “the University.” Then, the facility. Several possibilities here, including an on-campus stadium, a collaborative project with a minor league group and being part of a convention, rodeo, baseball park trifecta. There are advantages/disadvantages to all. However, partnering with another would quicken the wait to get cleats on the field. Bottom line, open your wallet.

Did you notice the score before the coast to coast shot was 86-87. It was a super 3 but the TV scoreboard only gave them 2 points. An 88-87 win.

Randy Galloway wrote an article while he was with the Dallas Morning News talking about the North Texas defensive line. He mentions each one and does a little story about how mean (even anti-social) each is. I haven't read the article in years (decades?) but I don't recall anyone ever referring to Joe Greene as Big Joe. I am ready to be corrected.

Would FAU have to Lose 3 more conference games ? We have 3 conference loses. FAU has 1. That would give FAU 4 and if we win out, only 3. With that scenario, do we win conference ? Ill hang up and listen.

Speaking of things Iowa, there is an obituary in this morning's DR-C (sat) for former North Texas coach Bill Brashier. There is no date of death listed. And also, adjacent to the Bill Brashier obit is an obit for Brashier's son Scot, who died, according to the article, November 28, 2022. There is no mention of North Texas in either obit.

Wait, wait, wait. North Texas was a 12 point underdog gong into the first game against Rice ? I don't think that's correct. Guessing I would think we were about 8-10 point favorites. Please look again.

North Texas is listed as a 5 point favorite tonight. Does anyone recall the line for our earlier meeting this season ?
