  1. I think the big boys have gone all into the transfer game and are eating up all the top prospects: https://www.cbssports.com/college-basketball/news/college-basketball-rankings-oregon-lands-syracuse-transfer-quincy-guerrier-moves-up-in-early-top-25-and-1/
  2. I did also find this Texas Tech contest in 2027 - link: https://fbschedules.com/ncaa-2027/team/north-texas
  3. I wonder if they will end up buying the game out but would it not be the biggest name opponent we have ever had in Apogee stadium? Why is it so hard to get name opponents to come to Denton? 4. Does it really not bother you that one the greatest softball players ever to play at UNT will no longer be a UNT alumnus? Do you like being considered a junior college? When your wife left you for your best friend did you send her a congratulatory bouquet of roses?
  5. During his previous season at North Texas, Bean started in 7 of the Mean Green’s 10 matchups, and for good reason: he’s quick. Bean has a knack for speed, however, his ability to quickly get the ball into receivers’ hands could grab head coach Lance Leipold’s attention. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for facilitating young potential in the quarterback seat. However, in Kansas’ case, going with an experienced, reliable quarterback may be the right move here. If Bean can “wow” this coaching staff, there could be a new look to the Jayhawks’ offense. Read more: https://throughthephog.com/2021/05/17/kansas-football-veteran-transfer-jason-bean-bring-table/
  6. Jose Lethario (sp?). And gentleman Chris something I forget. He was from England or he had an english accent.
  7. Looks like we offered him but he committed to BU: Scott Drew landed a transfer commitment from Dale Bonner a 6-3, 175-poud combo guard from Fairmont State, a Division II program. Bonner averaged 21 ppg, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals for a 15-5 team while shooting 44% from 3 point range. Bonner chose Baylor over Penn State, Cleveland State, North Texas, UNC Asheville and others. https://sicem365.com/s/9676/baylor-basketball-lands-explosive-transfer
  8. I am thinking we will be pretty significant underdogs against Liberty this season. Freeze has really built them into a powerhouse.
  9. Maybe you have to wait longer for the good ones? Also seems like the post players are harder to land. I dunno but youre right it is taking some time.
  10. I doubt they have been able to raise much money during Covid but you are correct it would be good to know.
  11. You would think they would want to get into Texas. They recruit a lot from down here you know.
  12. 2013 would have beaten 2017 to death with their D
  13. Good posting. Also UT has three guys who may be portal transfer prospects for UNT: https://hookemheadlines.com/2021/04/21/3-former-texas-basketball-players-still-trying-to-find-a-home-in-2021/amp/
  14. I’m starting to see FAU being one of those TCU like programs that will be able to elevate to P5 when the opportunity presents itself. They are building something very special there.
  15. Can you give me a link to helix Twitter? I don’t have Twitter.
  16. That was my thinking as well. Ruben is surely playing point and Tylor the backup or like Jackson?
