  1. When I lived there, I purchased a pocket knife from a shop in Dartmouth, Devon. It was my main source of protection and have to say, it made me feel pretty safe at all hours of the night.
  2. Agreed. He also runs aggressively and has trucked a few people for extra yardage. Think he'll be a valuable pick up for someone if it does happen.
  3. Yeah, or if he's demoted back to the practice squad which would be likely if he doesn't play much anymore. Shame. They have one of the top running back squads in the league and he has contributed to that. I thought he was in a good position but they are starting to get crowded back there with Coleman coming back, and both Coleman and Breida looked really good last night.
  4. I'm hoping it's a running back by committee situation on a game by game basis because he's played well enough to warrant carries but even guys like Mostert got carries last night, and it always seemed to be between Jeff and Mostert for that last running back spot.
  5. Even the announcers noted how horrible the attendance is for you clowns. The country knows your fans are pathetic
  6. Yeah, they showed major holes tonight. They better hope it doesn't come down to a last second field goal, or even a PAT
  7. Shots fired at SMU's "Dallas" claim?
  8. They stormed the field for an overtime win against 2-2 Tulsa. Yes, they are now bowl eligible, but still... As others said, they are so unlikeable.
  9. They know. Oh, they definitely know. Place is a ghost town in years they don't have a roster full of grad transfers
  10. Yeah, that was hilarious when he said that "BUT, we have a hell of a game here." And people left early only to come back in once SMU showed a pulse
  11. Because between the turnovers and the missed field goals, it's about who can fumble their way and fuck up less to the finish line
  12. I don't know, your responses are too amusing to ignore 🤣 And funny you say that, I'm actually looking at getting an MBA from KU. I'll do it just for you.
  13. Yup, I agree. And as I pointed out already; you don't read, so par for the course there.
  14. As for the rest of y'all. This wasn't meant to be a Mike Leach record discussion. I've already explained at length what I am referring to and am done with this conversation. The only thing that matters is the results on the field, which we aren't getting. Done.
  15. I'm not smart, yet you can't even read and comprehend statements that are in front of your face, then pointed out to you in subsequent posts. I'm not smart, yet I have 2 Masters Degrees, one of which I got I a foreign country. Ok, buddy. I'm done with you, you are literally too thick to be doing this with and not worth my time.
  16. Focusing on the wrong aspects of my post. I'm talking about the accountability he holds for his players and coaches which have made him successful. I'm not saying be a carbon copy of him and have a historically bad defense. (That UCLA loss was such a Mike Leach game, it hurt).
  17. Spot on. Solid foundation. Building for the future, and there are some good and bad to be noted. People are noticing our push in the facilities arm race, recruiting is continually trending upward, and fans are taking notice and coming out. The offense has been bad but I mainly put that on a new OC and his guys getting on the same page as each other, which will take time. Changes need to be made on defense and special teams. Bottom line. And C-USA is absolutely pathetic. Getting curb stomped by everyone from Sun Belt to AAC and up. The only thing I question from your post is, is Littrell still as hot a commodity prior to this season? Do teams look at the regression and think "that's our guy." Of course you look positively on the whole body of work but I just wonder if a P5 really does poach him this off-season given the noticeable regression?
  18. Yeah, I can see that. I would say one thing and he would put words in my mouth and quote me for saying the opposite. There are some useless and deluded posters on this forum
  19. 2 posts up, I literally said I'm not anti-Littrell. Do you read? My last post explicitly said Reffett is the one that needs to be fired, but reading is hard, isn't it guy? I'm honestly amazed at how clueless and ignorant your post is.
  20. You're right. Whatever he is saying is obviously working starting last year with our constant second half collapses and this year with our overall disfunction in all 3 phases of the game. And I'm not saying to chew somebody out. I'm saying HOLD PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE starting by firing a coach that is responsible for allowing over 50 points in conference championship games, bowl games, and over 150 points in 5 games this season. How many times do I have to repeat it's about accountability and not just chewing someone out? The fact that Reffett still has a job is Exhibit A that he is not holding people accountable.
  21. Yeah, and his win totals continued to steadily increase every year culminating in conference championships in two different Power 5 conferences. Constantly trending in an upward trajectory with no noticeble drop off. Perspective. Comparing Apples and Oranges. Look, I'm not anti-Littrell, but look at how Leach holds his players accountable for playing with no heart. Littrell needs to hold more people accountable, starting with his assistant coaches. That is the point of the post. Nick Saban chewed Lane Kiffin's ass out in a blow out win for not scoring on a drive at the end of the game. That's the accountability we need Littrell to have.
