***Official UTSA vs. UNT In-Game Discussion***
UNT Texas Hooligan replied to Harry's topic in Mean Green Football
That's what gets me. These things are supposed to happen organically. They are just trying to force the issue and it's a cringeworthy attempt -

Let's freaking go! Let's bury these clowns! -
If the ponies can beat TCU, I'll back off the ledge Edit: They are scoring at will midway through the first quarter. Just converted a 2 pt try. They look really good.

I agree. Thought I saw 2 feet in the endzone but he fell funny and his feet didn't look quite down while he was in the air and his knee did land outside. Wild. No one knew what the hell was going on at the end. Well, better for us if Cal keeps winning

Crazy finish. Back up QB really got stuffed on that sneak at the goal-line. NT > Ole Miss

It is if you access Facebook on your computer. You can also watch on your phone through the Facebook app. Look up the "Stadium College Football" FB page and it is one of their events. You can even set a reminder for game time.

No better week to bust them out than against the glorified JUCO. Also hope they use them for Homecoming

Execution. So many times, KU was in Coastal Carolina territory only to throw a pick, fumble, miss a field goal, or go for it on 4th down and not get it when they could have gone for a field goal. That game was a mess and they honestly should not have lost. Against BC, they were a well oiled machine. They started slow then were a nightmare from the end of the 1st to basically the end of the game. They started to figure each other out and only turned the ball over once on their first drive of the first quarter. It's still the beginning so the more they figure each other out, the more efficient they will be. They also have a solid 1,2 punch with Herbert and Pooka Williams at running back.

Agreed on both, specifically Iowa State. They always seem to come out of nowhere and "shock" big teams. They are also usually consistent in both football and basketball. KU obviously has the more successful and stable basketball pedigree than the others which was both a good and a detriment at times since they funneled all of their money to basketball and football got little to nothing. I think they now realize that with the modern market, success in both is paramount. Ca you really say Klieman is a better coach though? Sure, he had a lot of success in FCS and has had a hot start but he's also using a majority of Snyder's pieces and foundation. We already know that Miles has proven quality as coach and the foundation may already be more solid than originally thought given the BC upset, Coastal Carolina loss not withstanding. You are right though, there is excitement right now. Record number of season tickets, higher attendance numbers, but also a sense of knowing that this is a rebuild and the results won't really be apparent until around year 3. After that though, I think it is a given that the "We can do better" crowd will speak up as a lot of Jayhawks I've talked to have made that apparent. Win by year 3 or questions will be asked.

I've been saying this for a while. Ref has gotten 3 years and all 3 years, our defense has been a liability. Everything from penalties to play calling to players not being ready is on our coaches -
DRC: Prediction -- Trip to Cal won't go well for UNT
UNT Texas Hooligan replied to Brett Vito's topic in Mean Green Football
Agreed. All 3 phases have taken a step back. Our offense; the only thing I ever had confidence in, is being held back by Reeder's play calling. Our defense is atrocious, and stupid mistakes being made on special teams. No idea what people see that make them remotely confident about getting a result against Cal -
Mike Leach is God, but agree on Holgerson. Fuck him and Houston
-
More like refs vs everyone. Almost 20 penalties for over 200 yards
-
Rock Chalk Jayhawks. I watched and they dominated Boston College, but we do have things to worry about until we magically find a defense

I feel physical pain seeing that double T continually gain more and more territory, even if the win was against UTEP. -
That's what I thought last night. The rest of our schedule were given the blue prints on how to beat us from the very first game

What highlights? They need to burn the tape from this train wreck
