He's not done if he transfers to FCS or Div II, but seems likes he has a relationship with some of the coaches.

Wardly I too froze my butt off at West Point, but enjoyed it and some people on this board would bitch if you gave them a million $'s because they would have to open another bank account. I will be there and yes we can't hope for seven turnovers again, but it should be a good game with a great atmosphere. I've followed this program for 45 years(disappointed when we had 9 win seasons and stayed home/had 20 game wins in basketball no tournament invite) so all of you that don't go it will be your loss. Even being optimistic I was hoping for 4 WINS and this team has over-achieved with all injuries, suspension, ect. deserve our support. Enough of an old man's rant some of you need to go to a safe place with some of the students.

untjim1995 if you schedule ACU, Lamar or SFA as the first game would be fine(no pun intended) because SFA sold when we played them at Fouts their alumni association in DFW sold more than 3,000 tickets and ACU if worked right with the Churches of Christ would also sell that my(we used to played them and they also sold in excess of 2.000 tickets. The SFA game's attendance was in our top 5 (18,300), by comparison Houston and SMU didn't come close to those sales. I'm all for home and home with N Mex, N Mex St., Ark. St., ULL and maybe Tulane.

People when we recruited a guy by the name of Brandon (Booger) Kennedy he was All-District his soph & junior years. He only had firm offers from FCS(AA) teams with interest from some (1-A) FBS because he still didn't have SAT or ACT scores I assured them that would not be a problem. I believe this staff is as competent as that and checked his academic status so everyone chill.

Texas already is in DFW area with OU game and every other year with it's game against TCU. When we had games with Tx Tech and A&M where we looked like the visitor.
