Dammit they clipped The Big Scrappy. It was an amazing 24-ounce pretzel loaded with pulled brisket, shredded cheese and barbecue sauce. Sold at the Big Scrappy kiosk at the northwest corner of the concourse right by my seats. I'm seriously thinking about boycotting the ACU game over this crap.

Obviously just rumors now, but they're making me happy!

Yes..it was all good until he said that Big 12:SMU equals SMU:UNT. We're the same in every way except that we didn't get into Conference USA. If we had, SMU would have absolutely no claim to superiority unless you want to count 150 million years ago.

Oh yeah. It's not the best case scenario for us, but it's worlds better than the Belt. Name recognition will bring tons more fans and national perception would increase drastically. The Sun Belt will always be looked down upon.

Okay Capital One is sponsoring a contest for the best mascot in college football. We didn't make the cut, but Western Kentucky did. If you go to the site and vote, at the end it allows you to place a write-in vote for a mascot to appear on the contest next year. So let's make sure I've got this straight...the student guest pass price is the exact same price as the general admission price? What's the purpose of them then?

I am a current student and I was wanting my parents and two younger sisters to come up for the Indiana game. That being said, I heard that I would be able to get up to four $10 guest tickets. Does anybody know when I would go about getting these? Also, in the event of a sellout, will I still be able to get these? I heard that we wouldn't be able to get them until the week of the game or something like that. If that's the case, what happens if the game sells out before then. I also have someone coming to the Houston game, so a sellout may be a legitimate concern. I would just like to avoid having to buy full price tickets for my guests since I'm on a student budget. Thanks!

I know I'll be absolutely hated for saying this, but God I wish they would play something other than old "classic" music. Something from this decade would be nice, but none of that radio top 40 crap or whatever it is. Maybe some upbeat modern rock or metal would be nice.
