This whole matter has been blown way out of proportion by you and others. I will accept that it is MY basketball program and has been for over 40 years and if you are willing to wager that there will be NCAA sanctions then I would recommend you stay away from Vegas or Windstar or wherever it is that you gamble. Since the investigation is being conducted by UNTPD it is a good move to conduct an independant and broader investigation. Hiring counsel is a smart move by anyone under criminal investigation and when faced with potential civil litigation. I don't see any indication of covering anything up.
