I liked how Leppo played last year in relief of Johnson for a few games, so I went to see how much longer we have him... He showed as a RS Freshman last year, but this year he does not appear on the roster. Is he gone? If so, then I am also concerned with Center next year (as well as this year's depth).

I think he's spot-on. Remember, Mitchell was not a 2011 recruit for us. He is a transfer. Out of all of our 2011 recruits, Williams is the most heralded. I'll bet Kedrick is a lock to start as long as he's healthy.

Thanks for sharing. You seem to be pretty high on Brandan Walton. To be honest, I haven't heard much about him other than he likes to shoot the 3. I think JJ will have a hard time deciding who starts at the 2. Alzee may take that spot, unless Johnny has plans for him to be like Dom and play combo off the bench.

We should experience a recruiting boon for our T&F teams because of this awesome facility. I mean, the sight-lines for the track events... it's like you're right on top of the action!

The only FCS team we'll be playing is TSU. The USA game will be a conference game similar to when WKU moved up. I think we'll be fine in both of these games and I actually look forward to NOT being the punching bag for once.

I'm very excited about our incoming freshman class and Tony Mitchell. However, to say "now JJ has the talent run his offense and defense" diminishes our outgoing seniors' abilities. If you recall, LAST YEAR was supposed to be THE YEAR. There were alot of expectations on those guys because they were so good. I think this years team (relying alot on freshmen impact, Kedrick's knees, and 2/3 season of Tony Mitchell) will have a tough time extending the 20 wins/season streak. I bet the do it though.

Doesn't sound like we were Kenny's first choice either. I like WFAA Story Kenny better than this Kenny. I completely agree that his scoring record will not be broken. If someone comes in and lights it up like that during their Fr. & Soph. (and if we're lucky, Jr.) seasons, that player will be drafted. Although I bet he was sweating at the end of the '02-'03 season (Chris Davis was within 100 pts of him when his career ended). The rebounding record...? Ken LYONS does not own that record.
