Look for Carlos Harris to replace (to a degree) what Chancellor was doing with the Jet Sweeps and big 3rd down catches. Look for Jimmerson to get more touches, sure, but I wouldn't be surprised to Pegram basically step into Byrd's old role, and it looks like we may have a 3rd option for change-of-pace in Evans and/or Ivery. I expect the run game to look a lot like it did in 2012. At WR, Can Goree contribute immediately? Can Terrell finally shine here? Is Kidsy ready to take the next step in his development? Any other surprises (Caldwell/Smiley/...)? I expect Smith to step up big time this year at TE. Biggest question mark is QB. Whoever it is, they are going to make or break the offense this year.

What's great about it is that we just-so-happened to get both at home in the same year. We should not see this again for a VERY long time since we'll owe them an away game each, but we'll have to play all of the other East teams first. I really think it was a mistake for us to somehow get alternating years of all 3 texas-school teams at home, then away.

Having coach Joseph there is what concerns me. He should be able to clearly articulate to their offensive staff what our defensive philosophy will be for the game. Coach Wilson & company dont really need the help offensively. Hopefully, Chico can confuse their defense, and our offense can perform without mistakes. Should be a high scoring game.

At least we know he has more than one suit though.

Dang. Hopefully, this does not turn out to be a Chevy Bennett situation and we have a chance to get him in here after his time at his JUCO.

I've been impressed with Jermaine Jones' play. Today, he was everywhere, and many of the offensive opportunities came off of his play. Bradley still a little careless with the ball, but that longball over the back line to a streaking Jones was one of the offensive bright spots of the game.
