You made my point? This is on morris and wren. Texas state got like 50 transfers. really we lost 3 starters to the portal from defense. we didn't get depleted by the portal. We were weak on defense and did NOTHING to fix it is the problem.

this isn't 1965, fry also didn't take over a team in the conference championship the previous year. The portal has changed college football and allowed turn arounds over night. We somehow have gotten significantly worse. We were told the cupboard wasn't bare, the offensive scheme wasn't that different.
