  1. From my alma mater... More athletic than Tylor at around the same size. We'll see if he can develop the same shot making ability over time.
  2. when he played last year, he was very effective. Speaks to our depth for sure. I am looking forward to seeing the younger guys take a step forward.
  3. We've been spoiled with good ST coordinators lately... Good for him! It is good to have a reputation as a G5 school where coaches can move up even when things don't go perfectly on the field. Biagi to Ole Miss and now Petrilli to Purdue is good for the next guys offered a position here.
  4. Those schools will want to go to the Big 12 or Pac-12 way before AAC.
  5. My guess is Rubin and Abou will have the most wins in UNT history over a four year period after next year.
  6. I was hoping every on field coaches would be above 200k... got close. Caponi is obviously being overpaid for a first time DC.
  7. Linemen seem to have a hard time getting their hands on him. That's a good sign.
  8. Not being able to keep up with recruiting success is a welcome problem!
  9. Right... MB. I thought Jayven already committed before today for some reason...
  10. Looks like we got the Starling Kid TSU and UTSA were trying to get... Based on the tweet with Clay Jennings and and the H-town Shoutout. That's a major win I think. Let them know the tables have turned in recruiting. I imagine UTSA maintains their advantage in East Texas but the DFW and Houston recruiting is trending in our direction now. Love to see it. If this team can wins some games next year, we will have full momentum. Best part is, outside of Svoboda and Jennings, I do not see any of our coaches getting poached after just one season due to their relative lack of experience... the advantage of some many guys getting their first opportunity on this staff.
  11. I agree with that but do you live in Denmark? 6'1" is above average in the U.S.
  12. Or more likely Womack... Caralla might have been the last year of Coach Grey Goose.
  13. Exceptional young man. I hope he gets to get on the field as a difference maker at his next stop! Also, I was taken back by how many poor throws pop out on screen in his highlights on twitter... had to adjust to make almost every catch. Really discouraging showing for the quarterbacks we have.
  14. Looking at their safety (Burrows).. think we have a shot at getting him and he is a good player it seems.
  15. KD is a UNT legend, no doubt. I think we have been spoiled by a steady stream of exceptional inside/ weak side LBs over the past 15-20 years... all of them a little did it differently but I put KD right up there with Derek Akunne. I don't think he had the excellent partner like some of the other guys so he stood out even more! Everyone else overlapped significantly with another above average LB but it felt like KD was clearly a few steps above his teammates for the last 3 years. What was your favorite LB duo in recent MG history?
  16. Dreaming of a Lewis to Shorter connection over here.
  17. Don't believe the numbers on this offense because aune does crap like that.
  18. Smart move for Graham. Job security with a new coach and complete autonomy to run his offense!
  19. I thought losing out on Chase Griffin and Brendon Lewis in back to back cycles was the beginning of the end for Littrell... Then whiffing in the portal twice.
