  1. I figured he would decommit after transferring to prep school. The 5 star kid at LH also transfered out to prep school to get that NIL money.
  2. Two thoughts. First, our O line is not good. Second, we will see RBs transfer out this year.
  3. I think he is our biggest booster... even sponsored CUSA.
  4. Seems like a weird ranking. Pac12 is only that high because the haven't factored in the LA teams leaving. Mountain west being that low is because they have anticipated the losses they will have. Strange. Notre Dame is the only reason that Independents are getting any love.
  5. Hodge basically said so in multiple interviews.
  6. Jones is THE leader of this team. He is going to start and I think he will finally get to stretch out and show what he can do. His AAU running mate has been in the NBA for a couple years and he didn't look out of place with his skill set.
  7. I'd bet it's the really fast receiver from Houston area. Hoping for a solid QB also.
  8. Gonzaga really made something great for themselves over the past 30-40 years of consistent effort to build a brand... we are less than a decade into our process, though it might be too late.
  9. I'm not so tech savvy. Look at Aaron's Twitter and you'll see he retreated.
  10. We are not in his top three per his twitter... WKU, Tulsa, & Oral Roberts.
  11. I think Robert Allen beats out Sissoko... more skilled. Might see time on the floor together though.
  12. Is that the practice facility or Bahnsen Gym?
  13. I hope you are joking... i have decided for my sanity that you are just being sarcastic. Carry on.
  14. I bet we tried to blueshirt or greyshirt and he jumped on a better offer. Or he just didn't want to sign waiting on better offers. Which ever, whatever...
  15. I dont think a faster pace favors TP. He is not a super athletic guy, just highly skilled. He will function there the same way he did here, highly efficient and clutch.
  16. If it was for money and higher competition, yes. If it was about post-football life and athletic legacy, no. IF they get on the field and make it to the next level, it will be worth it to them. If they don't, they'll hit the real world like any other athlete... maybe with less support from either alumni base.
  17. Bump. ended up at A$M... Hit the transfer portal last week and I'd assume that we're back on him again.
  18. Rubin running the point with Moore as his back up... I'm cool with that. I can imagine a rotation where Rubin is the point on O and guards the 1-3 on Defense. Edwards and Buggs are gonna be tough to keep off the floor of the starting line up but I think one of them might play the role of designated scorer off the bench like Tylor did his first year. Then I see Allen, Sissoko, and Scott rounding out the starting line up. Sissoko is athletic enough to defend a smaller 4-man and strong enough to bang with a big boy. Allen is probably gonna be on the floor a lot if he commits to playing D. I even think Chrisdon Morgan can develop to give valuable minutes on the block, especially defensively. I am excited about the pieces we have. I think we will see a step forward from Stone and I believe Cotton will be ready to contribute like Scott did as a freshman. This team can be really good and pretty deep this year!
  19. I think it'll look like the NIT... slow but take every fast break opportunity for easier points.
