  1. Last night's game was won/lost in the trenches. LaTech Put consistent pressure on Fine all night. Add in the mistakes on special teams and it was too much to overcome.
  2. That comes with the inexperience of many fans. It's part of our overall growth process. As we experience more success, they will learn the nuances of etiquette.
  3. I like the calmer perspective on our current status. Unfortunately, my fears were realized last night. All the media attention and excitement got the best of us. We will reload and move forward this week!
  4. I hope I'm wrong. But, I'm afraid it's not good news for Easley. On the other hand, I think Mason could be ok. His onfield demeanor reminded me of a similar injury of mine during my playing days. I'm optimistically saying it was a clean tear of his plantar fasciitis. While painful, he could still play and not cause additional injury. Why else risk him being on the field at that point?
  5. Sitting in my recliner watching Game Day. It's an exciting time for Mean Green football. The anticipation and excitement is strong this morning. It can't get here soon enough. Go Mean Green! Crush LaTech!
  6. LaTech brings more fans (than most of our opposing visitors) and the weather holds up for the game. As a result, the Mean Green play in front of a packed house and win a crucial game 49-27! One game at a time...Go Mean Green!
  7. With the weather forecast, I'll go with Easley. Go Mean Green!!!
  8. Driving up Friday with 2 friends. We're staying in Bentonville with my cousins (huge Razorback fans ). We've been trading smacktalk this season. I'm ready to see the Mean Green smoke the hogs on Saturday. We'll be sitting with my family in their season ticket seats. Afterwards, we'll be heading to the Dickson Street area. Go Mean Green!
  9. They (Arkansas) gave up 25 unanswered points to lose the game. While their rushing game looked better today, their defense is not very good this year (certainly not good enough to be competitive in the SEC). We will turn a lot of heads next week and I'm even more confident after today's games. Go Mean Green!
  10. Unless Arkansas sells out to stopping the pass, which opens up running lanes for the offense. That could be just what we need to end our rushing struggles. Can't wait until next week!
  11. Look at the passing for Colorado St. Fine could have a huge day!
  12. So true! Plus, a loss this week would give them extra incentive and focus next week.
  13. Colorado St is driving to take the lead over Arkansas (currently 27-24 Arkansas). There is about 6:30 left in the game.
  14. They need to get Fine out of the game. He's taking too many hits!
  15. While we do have some areas to improve upon (rushing and some dropped passes), I think 41-6 at halftime is still impressive. We're up 22-5 in first downs and 383 total yards compared to 129. Meanwhile, Arkansas is up on Colorado St 13-9 at the half. Go Mean Green!
  16. Arkansas is settling for field goals (with 2). Their running game is working now but they are struggling in the red zone against a sub-par Team. They are definitely beatable next week!
  17. Ok thanks. Arkansas is only beating Colorado St 10-3. They haven't shown much or impressed in their game.
  18. I'm listening to it on radio. Are we keeping it simple on offense so we don't show Arkansas too much for next week?
