    Agree with a lot of your points. Is there any position group on the field that will not be better than last year? Maybe OL because of the new alignment ? Just give me above average C-USA QB play and I could easily see 5 wins, but also just as important to me is be COMPETITIVE in every game! GMG

    What we are really talking about concerning punishment is $ costs. Civil, criminal, and NCAA sanctions just one of these could cost Baylor big bucks but the civil side could be 10s of millions. Wait and see who has been fired of let go and see how many wrong full termination suits are filed along with the victims lawsuits. Baylor will not want to go to court on any of these so they will be motivated to settle for big, big bucks. Brides will be filling a lawsuit, I guarantee!

    An empty seat is an opportunity lost! If you can't sell then do what you can to get a butt in it! Wing It, gives us a neat section to do promo's. You get 2,500 in the wing With some posting on SM you could reach another 5,000! SM could help drive attendance and interest! The tailgate and stadium in North Texas area is second to none!

    There are bunch of promo s you could have for the wing. Veterans night, City Iof Denton Employee night, first responders night. They would buy concessions! They would see the tailgate! Give them discounted ticket packages for future games. Get butts in the seats and introduce UNT to people that would otherwise never come! You want to generate revenue and donations fill the stadium! You want to when recruiting battles fill the stadium! ( Which SMU has never done) Make it very very social media friendly, have photo ops that encourage people to post!

    Attendence? 1. Win and be competitive 2. Facilities are great but do more to bring the average fan in. Give tickets away to special groups, first responders, military, and so on. Have them sit in the wing zone! Denton is a music scene concerts after the games! Contest during the games! U start winning and start filling u will start making JACk!

    It has really become 0 tolerance for a program to survive. Guilty or not kick them off the team. You have HS in Texas kicking kids off teams because there is alcohol in the background of their Facebook post. It is a privilege to play for a University and the scholly can be taken away really for ANY reason. Just do it!!

    To c the future of a program look at recruiting. Herman has done great. A&M not so much. Baylor will go this year with exsiting coaches. If it really bad look for them to impose sanctions on themselves! Title 9 can present some huge legal and funding issues.

    You r right. 7-5 would do. This is the last chance at UT and A&M . If they both stink they will b bidding for him. A&M has the tougher road with the schedule!
