The commitment to change had been made before this report was done. Prez new many of the things that were needed. Firing, Mc, RV, hiring a new coach with an increased budget for staff, getting an AD that new of all the problems but has been told the $ will be there for change. Wren knows what he is getting into and has been promised the resources to fix it.
