I just don't see how you can justify leaving out a guy who rewrote the UNT record book. I honestly think he wasn't picked solely for being a Dodge guy. My main gripe isn't with Cobbs though. Renfro was 100% only picked due to his NFL career. Dunbar had the same amount of rushing yard in 2010 (1553) as Renfro did his entire college career (1556).

Still inexcusable the school's all-time rushing leader didn't make the All-Century Team. Dunbar was screwed. -Also holds program record for career TDs (41) -Only back in school history with 3 straight 1,000 yd seasons.

Until we show we can be a perennial Quad 1 road opponent it's going to be hard to get anyone worthwhile to Denton. As a fan I wish we scheduled more known mid-majors to come to Denton, but I understand why Mac prefers early season tournaments instead. They're low risk, high reward.

I’m just saying they’re closer to an offense that averages 27 a game than 37. Our defense has gotten better over the course of the year while WKU’s offense has stalled. It’s not a stupid game. I’m looking at how each unit has preformed recently against mostly CUSA competition. After getting shredded the first few weeks our defense has shown signs of life. Memphis- 30 points (could argue for 23 since we fumbled inside our 5) FAU- 21 points La Tech- 27 points UTSA- 31 points

I don’t think a different QB is stopping UNLV from scoring 50+. Crappy defense and short yardage play calling lost the UNLV game.

WKU's 37.5 pts per game is misleading, IMO. That number is inflated by 2 blowouts versus 2 of the worst teams in the country (FIU, Hawaii). If you look at their last 4 games they are only averaging 27.5/game. No doubt we'll give up some big plays, but I don't think they're on the same level as UTSA or SMU. This is all going to rest on Aune. I suspect, like UTSA, WKU is going to sellout to stop the run. We can't wait until the 4th quarter to get our passing game going. If Aune can't complete 60% of his passes, I don't like our chances.

It will ultimately be Littrell's downfall. If we just had a consistent QB we go 8-4 last year (extra wins La Tech and Liberty) and this year we're likely 6-2. Firing Littrell wouldn't even be a discussion right now.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. They've already lost to Rice, ULM, and South Alabama.
