  1. We're at a new location after two years in section E Row 31 due to increasing our season tickets. We're still in E, but row 34.
  2. UNT 13 SMU 10 Any time I can work 1310 into a conversation I must! Go Mean Green!
  3. Let's see... I am bringing my 3 month old son Jackson, my wife Holly, her father Ted and mom Sue. Ted will bring one of his TCU buddies (they both played for the Horned Frogs in the late 60s/early 70s). EdCollopy from here on the board and his wife will be staying at my house and attending the game, along with two of their friends from Flower Mound. So - I guess indirectly I am bringing 10 as well (though I guess Ed could say the same, and that equals 20 - how's that for logic?!?!?)
  4. I am right there with Ed. TCU is a great example of how to correctly use your depth and know what your strengths are.
  5. Thanks for the update FFR! Its just what I have been looking for!
  6. Green all the way, baby! I can't wait to show my uni that FFR hooked us up with!
  7. Thank goodness for East Texas - now lets get some growth in Corinth, TX as well! (My wife, son, and I are trying!)
  8. Great sentiments, everyone! I won't be making it to Austin this time, but the whole family will be wearing their Mean Green outfits and cheering on to the TV & radio! The Herauf family is proud of the Mean Green - go get 'em!
  9. Yes, I'd be up for it in Denton/Lewisville - keep me posted!
  10. I live in Corinth, and will help in any way possible. Runs to get groceries, manual labor, etc. Just PM me if you need anything.
  11. 2000 Honda Accord = about 24 mpg; Of course, I had to trade in my black F150 when the baby came along to get a "family car" for my wife. But after reading that previous post, another F150 may be in my future! Go Mean Green!
  12. Me 34 (Bachelor's and Master's) Wife 31 (Partial time spent at UNT) Son (I post for him since he can't type) 3 months (but will be attending UNT in the fall of 2020.
  13. We have a three month old son named Jackson, and he is a season ticket holder, along with being a Junior Mean Green club member. His mother went to Texas Tech, but she has already agreed he is headed for Denton! Go Mean Green!
  14. I am also in the green lot, but I will bring lots of cold beverages and food to help out in the orange lot tailgating area. If you have a special request - PM me to let me know...
  15. Palace? Not my choice of words, but yes, we are lucky to live that close. It will be great to see Jackson playing in a new stadium, though, in 18 years. Because he WILL be a starting defensive lineman for UNT. How do I know? Because he is already over 25 inches long and over 15 pounds!
  16. If ed was a real fan he'd forget his coaching duties! Just kidding Ed - we'll see you the next weekend here in Denton!
  17. So what time is the road trip party leaving for the 2007 season opener?
  18. Well, people have to do something to keep their job, and remaning something like this probably took this guy 1000's of hours, thus ensuring a lofty paycheck for years to come!
  19. I would love to be original here, but my family members are creatures of habit. We enjoy: Rudy's Roadhouse Beth Marie's Tomato Mi Casita and... Kerr Hall!
  20. Call me boring, but my top three would be: 1. Free and Cold 2. Bud Light 3. Dos Equis
  21. I saw one last night in GP - I would have worn mine, but it was in the wash because I have been wearing it out! I'll have mine on at the cookout!
  22. What a time that was missed by those who couldn't come! You would have been greeted by some lively cheerleaders/dancers, along with (a little too loud) music. Upon entering the ballroom (?), you would have seen athletes, coaches, families, etc. all enjoying the food (hot dogs, chicken tenders, sausage, nachos, fruit, tea and water), the music, and the entertainment (Dickey and RV mostly). On a personal level, I really enjoyed RV's speech - I think it was mostly things that needed to be said (and have been said before), but overall the message was clear - we need to start telling the world who UNT REALLY IS, and not let them tell us. However, I laughed out loud at some of DD's comments and jokes, and look forward to the season. I didn't see a lot of familiar faces, but maybe that means more and more people are coming to these events. Of course - it will be easier to spot some of ya'll when Rick gets in our team jerseys for this fall. GO MEAN GREEN!
  23. So are the kickoff tickets going to be mailed to us, or will we just sign in or something when we get there?
